Construction on the $35.9 million project began in March 2019 and runs through November 2020.

The Optometry Clinic and Health Sciences Faculty Office Building, located at the southwest corner of W. 11th Avenue and Neil Avenue,  will include optometry clinics, retail, faculty offices and support spaces. It is scheduled to open in November 2020.
