Steel rises to the sky as progress continues on the Outpatient Care Dublin site. The new facility is located just south of and visible from State Route 33. Construction on the 272,000-square-foot building began summer 2020. Program offerings will include ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, primary care, specialty medical and surgical clinics and related support spaces.
- Concrete pours continue on the metal decking.
- Electrical and mechanical rough-in’s begin throughout the second floor of the medical office building.
- As steel installation on the Ambulatory Surgical Center finishes up by the end of February, fire proofing activities continue and roofing work and interior framing begin.
Outpatient Care Dublin is expected to open by the summer 2022.
