In the News: Ohio State looks to advance outpatient care center planned for Powell

As highlighted on the Wexner Medical Center website, The Ohio State University will seek Board of Trustees approval this week for $7.4 million in design and pre-construction services with an architectural firm for its new Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care Powell, scheduled to open in the Summer/Fall of 2025 in the city of Powell, Ohio. A request for proposals will be released for preconstruction services with a Construction Manager

If approved, the Powell location will join New Albany and Dublin as the third suburban facility to expand the reach of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The size and cost of Outpatient Care Powell has not yet been determined, but the interior and exterior designs will be consistent with the New Albany and Dublin buildings.
