Construction on Campbell Hall is nearly 45% complete as crews continue duct work, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression and framing across the building.  New and existing reroofing is nearly 75% complete. Site work is underway, which includes a new fire suppression service along with clearing and grubbing.  An elevator shaft extension is being installed into a new mechanical penthouse. In a nod to the building’s history, crews are carefully preserving an original exterior stone banding feature uncovered between upper and lower windows of the 1916 portion of the building.

    Construction progress includes:

    • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins being installed
    • Windows being installed in community space and north/south elevations
    • Demo complete in Innovation Classroom
    • Brick replaced around exterior windows
    • Sheathing complete on roof penthouses
