The Campbell Hall Renovation project is nearing 25% completion as crews continue their facelift on the historic building. A variety of specialty crews are in and out of the building each day including electricians, plumbers, carpenters and heating, ventilation and air conditioning professionals, among others. It’s a team effort as they work on a variety of things including installing in-wall rough-ins, concrete pours, roof demos and building information model (BIM) sign offs.

The renovation of Campbell Hall is nearing the 10% complete mark as crews continue interior work. They’ve completed removing old concrete floors from the building and are now refilling them and bringing them back up to the proper elevation. Underground plumbing is being installed on the ground floor as the penthouse roof is being removed. Historic preservation is being considered as crews work through the project, preserving wood doors and frames throughout the building and the terracotta entrance to the auditorium.

Demolition and abatement are complete at Campbell Hall where crews are now preparing to begin Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing rough-ins and begin reconstruction of the interior, which includes preserving some of the original elements of the building.
