The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care Powell is a vision starting to come to life as crews began vertical construction in early July. Underground utilities are being installed and crews are preparing for concrete pours. Site paving is taking place and masons are hard at work on the site wall.

“We’re transforming nearly 30 acres into a state-of-the-art healthcare hub that will enhance the lives of so many in the community,” said George Rice, project manager of Outpatient Care Powell. “Every detail, from the foundation we’re laying right now to the final touches is designed to support healthcare in Powell and across Ohio.”

The $183 million, 200,000-square-foot project includes a five-story medical office building and a two-story ambulatory health center.
