According to This Week News, Dublin City Council is expected to vote on Monday, Nov. 4, for a rezoning ordinance for the construction of an Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center medical campus.
The ordinance would change about 34 acres from a research/office district zoning designation to planned-unit-development district.

As reported by This Week News, the Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, Aug. 22, is scheduled to review a concept plan for the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center to open an outpatient facility in the city.
The Wexner Medical Center has proposed the development on 34 acres owned by Dublin near state Route 161, U.S. Route 33 and Shier-Rings Road.
