Crews are just beginning framing and overhead ceiling work on the fourth floor, while already complete on floors two and three. Installation of the roof on the Ambulatory Healthcare Center (AHC) is 80% complete.
Construction on The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care Powell is nearly 30% complete. Currently, crews are working on interior metal framing, electrical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) on levels two and three.
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care Powell is a vision starting to come to life as crews began vertical construction in early July. Underground utilities are being installed and crews are preparing for concrete pours. Site paving is taking place and masons are hard at work on the site wall.
