Slideshow: University Square South
A vision is coming to life as construction crews continue their work on the University Square South building. With a March of 2023 opening date, crews have been working from the top down to complete the five-story mixed-use building. The project is about 70% complete with a budget of $44.9 million.

In the News: Lower Olentangy Trail to Remain Closed
As shared in The Lantern, the Lower Olentangy Trail is closed until January 2023 for the second phase of the Cannon Drive Relocation Project. Additional roadway and trail closures will occur beginning in 2023 and will continue through the end of 2024.

Slideshow: Interdisciplinary Research Facility
The Interdisciplinary Research Facility, one of the first buildings at Carmenton, is 80% complete. Interior painting and lab equipment installation continue. Sound baffles are being installed in the ceiling to help reduce noise volumes in open spaces.

Slideshow: Controlled Environment Agriculture Research Complex
From a seedling to a flower, a space has fully bloomed on the Waterman Agricultural and Natural Resources Laboratory located west of Kenny Road. The Controlled Environment Agriculture Research Complex (CEARC) is now open.
