    On Episode 2 of the "City of Ohio State" podcast, hear from Ohio State’s associate vice president of Facilities Design and Construction Kristin Poldemann. The 15-minute podcast runs down major construction happening on campus – from a new inpatient hospital and a blossoming Innovation District to an investment in the Arts.

    Crews are nearing the halfway point on construction of the Department of Theatre, Film, and Media Arts. They are working on mechanical, electrical and plumbing lines and installing drywall, windows, exterior panels, framing, and the roof.

  • Slideshow: Interdisciplinary Research Facility

    Construction on the Interdisciplinary Research Facility, located inside Ohio State’s Innovation District, is 66% complete. FOD crews are laying exterior brick, installing elevators, flooring and hanging drywall in the 305,000 square foot facility. Crews are also working on electric connections on all five floors.

  • Buck-Eye View – Outpatient Care Dublin

    The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center continues to broaden its outpatient care footprint with the construction of a $161.2 million facility in Dublin. Outpatient Care Dublin, located just south of State Route 33, which consists of a medical office building and an ambulatory surgery center, is 85% complete.
