    The Spring 2025 edition of Ohio State’s Alumni Magazine highlighted 23 buildings on the university’s Columbus campus that were supported in part by Time and Change: The Ohio State Campaign.

  • Slideshow: Biomedical and Materials Engineering Complex Phase 2

    Work on the Biomedical and Materials Engineering Complex (BMEC) Phase 2 is passing the halfway point, at nearly 53% complete. Crews are preparing to pour the second interior stairwell and then will be able to remove the exterior temporary set. Crews are also working on installing mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) hangers throughout the building.

    Construction on the Biomedical and Materials Engineering Complex (BMEC) Phase 2 is about 45% complete as crews recently finished installing the final concrete piers. The focus is now on ensuring a strong foundation with footers and a foundation wall. Construction on the north and south connectors from Mars G.

    Work on the Biomedical and Materials Engineering Complex Phase 2 (BMEC) is nearly halfway complete as crews have made substantial progress over the last several months. A buck hoist has been installed and a platform below it is in place to ensure the safety of everyone on site.
