A vision comes to life as Newton Hall nears full completion of a 12,300 square-foot first floor renovation. Flexible classrooms, informal learning spaces and offices on the first floor were all included in the renovation that supports the College of Nursing.
A renovation to the first floor of Newton Hall is on track to open by June 2023. Crews are sprucing up 12,300 square feet on the first floor that will include flexible classrooms, informal learning spaces, offices and the new Center for Well-being and Prevention at the College of Nursing. The new center will offer health coaching, counseling and telehealth services.
Jane E. Heminger Hall is open and hosting classes, as reported by The Lantern. Heminger Hall will be the fist WELL-cerftified building on campus, according to the report.
