    The Campbell Hall Renovation project is nearing 25% completion as crews continue their facelift on the historic building. A variety of specialty crews are in and out of the building each day including electricians, plumbers, carpenters and heating, ventilation and air conditioning professionals, among others.

    The renovation of Campbell Hall is nearing the 10% complete mark as crews continue interior work. They’ve completed removing old concrete floors from the building and are now refilling them and bringing them back up to the proper elevation. Underground plumbing is being installed on the ground floor as the penthouse roof is being removed.

    Demolition and abatement are complete at Campbell Hall where crews are now preparing to begin Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing rough-ins and begin reconstruction of the interior, which includes preserving some of the original elements of the building.
