The inpatient hospital project reached a major milestone in January. Concrete was recently poured on level 22 of the north and south elevator cores of facility, making it the tallest building on all of the Ohio State campuses. The north and south elevator towers will eventually reach level 25 which will be used for mechanical and support spaces.

Slideshow: Dodd Parking Garage
Mechanical and electrical plumbing system installation continues at Dodd Parking Garage, which is now 70% complete. Teams have poured concrete on six of seven levels of the facility, located on the corner of Medical Center and Old Cannon drives. The project will create parking spots for 1,100 vehicles.

New drone images and site photos highlight the transformation of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care Dublin site, located just south of State Route 33. The project is 75% complete and on schedule to open September 2022. The new facility will include ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, primary care, specialty medical and surgical clinics and related support spaces.

Columbus Business First shared news this week that Ohio State's incentive is projected at $47 million over the next 25 years for the 12,000 high-paying jobs it expects to create in its Innovation District.
It replaces the previous biggest-ever jobs incentive, also for the university.
