Overall work on the 1.9 million-square-foot inpatient tower is 70% complete, while exterior work on the façade is nearly 85% complete. The largest single facilities project ever undertaken at Ohio State includes up to 820 beds in private-room settings, large windows to enhance patient experience, safety and training for the next generation of health care providers.

Construction on the $49.3 million Energy Advancement and Innovation Center is about 90% complete. Crews are wrapping up seal coating on the top floors and just finished pouring the loading dock. The four-story building is on track to open at the end of November.
